LESSONS 

Tuition and Payment: 

● A flat rate fee is paid monthly at the beginning of every month in full. 

● The flat rate tuition is based on a 1-month (4 week) academic calendar. Flexible scheduling and payments are available during June and July. 

● Payments can be made through VISA/MC, and Venmo

Attendance and Cancellation: 

Regular attendance is expected and encouraged to gain maximum benefit from music instruction. Missed lessons are inevitable and, therefore, have been considered in the overall cost of tuition. 

1. If there are 4 weeks in a month, the student is expected to attend 4 lessons.

2. No make-up, credits, or refunds are given for missed lessons. Tuition remains consistent regardless of the number of lessons attended. 

3. In the rare event that the teacher must cancel a lesson, a make-up lesson will be scheduled at a time convenient to the student. If no convenient make-up lesson time can be determined within the same month as the canceled lesson, the student will receive credit for that canceled lesson. This credit will be subtracted from the student’s tuition balance due for the next month of lessons.

5. Must give 24-hour notice for cancelled lessons.
